It has come to this:
As of March 25th, 2006 NMVGPTS will disband. It's not happening because we didn't like each other, had major artistic differences, lacked critical/commercial respect (although we would've gladly excepted more), or because one of us perished out in a glorious flame of misadventure; the issue is primarily Geographical and pretty much insurmountable. We are profoundly sad that it has to end, and yet hopeful that fresh new things are yet to come from each of us. We would sincerely like to extend our appreciation: for caring enough to listen, to attend shows, to invite us as friends, and to ask interesting questions. Most importantly though we'd like to thank you for enjoying our music; which is the product our our hearts and minds and, ultimately, of a friendship we have shared for over 13 years.
So, thank you.

Back after some downtime. Okay, more like over a year of downtime, but it moves fast when you are as old as we are, right?! We'll most likely be working on new songs, old new songs, and maybe even new old songs. We are on MySpace now. I know, I know...isn't everyone these days? We couldn't help but join the zeitgeist.

The Ides of March are already upon us. Amazing how times slips away isn't it? Where the hell has NMVGPTS gone? Are they on extended hiatus? Well, there are no easy answers to life's more complex questions, but I can tell you that the band are on another soundtrack. This time it's Mountain Fresh, presented by the fine folks at Frequency: The Snowboarder's Journal (in conjunction with Burton, Ride, and LibTech.) You can get the DVD free with a subscription to the journal and our dulcet tones open this little film. Nice, eh?
